Through this partnership, USIPL offers advanced process house equipment, including continuous vacuum pans and short retention clarifiers, known for improving sugar crystal formation, reducing sugar loss, and enhancing overall process efficiency. 3. Vogelbusch Biocommodities (Austria) Solutions

Vogelbusch is the  world leader in bioprocess engineering and consultancy services. For the alcohol distillation process, USIPL collaborates with Vogelbusch to deliver high-efficiency ethanol distillation plants. These systems enable better alcohol recovery rates and energy savings while maintaining superior product quality. Vogelbusch’s distillation technologies are renowned for optimizing bioethanol production from molasses and other feedstocks.

 

Vogelbusch designs and builds process plants for the global biotech sector for all stages of production – from raw material preparation through to the end products such as alcohol (bio ethanol), yeast, vinegar, organic acids (citric acid and gluconic acid) and starch sugar (glucose and HFS).

1. Bagasse Drying & Moisture Control Systems:

  • USIPL’s advanced bagasse drying units significantly improve fuel efficiency by reducing moisture content, thus enhancing boiler performance and reducing fuel consumption in cogeneration plants.
     

2. High-Pressure Boilers & Saturated Reheat Turbo-Cogeneration (SRTC):
