EPC Greenfield Sugar Project

This state-of-the-art Greenfield project marks a major milestone in sugar production technology and sustainable energy generation. Designed with cutting-edge engineering, the plant boasts a production capacity of 2,500 Tons of Cane per Day (TCD), supported by an advanced milling system featuring four 33” x 66” mills equipped with Toothed Roller Pressure Feeders (TRPF) for optimized performance and efficiency.

Key features of the project include:

  • Processing Capacity: 2,500 TCD Sugar Process House

  • Boilers: High-efficiency 75 TPH (87 ata, 515°C) boiler

  • Power Generation: Integrated co-generation system with two turbines – 1 x 9 MW and 1 x 5 MW, providing a total capacity of 14 MW

  • Comprehensive Civil Works: Ensuring robust infrastructure to support seamless operations
