JGN Sugar & Biofuels Pvt. Ltd, Sitarganj

USIPL has undertaken a significant project at JGN Sugar & Biofuels Pvt. Ltd., Sitarganj, focused on optimizing the capacity of their existing sugar plant to 3240 TCD. This project includes a comprehensive efficiency enhancement program across key sections of the plant, particularly the Mill and Boiling House, to increase throughput and reduce operational costs.

Key Project Highlights:

  • Capacity Optimization: Increasing the plant's processing capacity to 3240 TCD, enabling it to handle a higher volume of cane while maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Mill Efficiency Improvements: Upgrading the milling system to optimize juice extraction, enhance crushing efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.

  • Boiling House Enhancements: Implementing advanced technologies to improve the Boiling House performance, reducing steam and energy usage while improving the quality of the sugar produced.

  • Energy Efficiency: The project incorporates energy-saving technologies that reduce steam consumption and power usage, leading to cost savings and improved sustainability.


This project is designed to boost the overall performance and efficiency of the JGN Sugar & Biofuels plant while supporting long-term growth and sustainability.
